A friend of mine has an issue with her truck squatting slightly and was interested in some helper springs. I'm sorry I don't know the kind of truck it is, as I've forgotten, but could someone out there point her toward some types of springs to check out? I tried a search but it keeps timing out.

Thanks very much!

Timbren's, are low cost and have no maintenence.

Firestone air bags are more money, require that you check the pressure occassionally, but they allow you to adjust more or less air as needed.   I used the Firestone Air bags on mine.

Add a leaf or helper springs are physical springs that are bolted onto the existing springs to add capacity.  Once installed there no maintenence.

Each system has it's own followers and each would probably serve your friend just fine.  Around here almost any new truck dealer or suspension shop will sell and install the Firestone air bags.  They are pretty popular. I'd probably suggest to your friend that she consider who will install and who will maintain what ever she puts on in making her decision.  If she has a favored automechanic or a good relationship with her dealer, Install what ever they suggest. The performance difference between the three types is less noticable than a proper installation at a fair price.
