Any home improvement store and most hardware stores can sell you the plexiglass you need. Plexiglass comes in various thicknesses, so just choose the one that you feel is right for the job.

I would first source the track hardware you will use to attach the acrylic, and then purchase the thickness you will need to fit the hardware. Most of the available hardware will accommodate a thickness of ~1/4".

So attaching the plexiglass with tracks is best way? We tried tie straps before and it didnt work so good. Do they sell the tracks at hardware stores also?

Most trailer dealers that have a parts and service facility will either have track on hand or can order it for you.  It is aluminum track, and as Gard said it will usually acommodate 1/4" plexi.  If your posts on your stock trailer are like most Ponderosa's; they are on the outside of the wall, so therefore you might have to have the track on the inside of the posts.  If you need to order some track, call Craig in our parts dept. at 800 659-4051 (Ottawa, Il.)

You can also purchase "F" or "J" channel stock at most big box and hardware stores. This will be used as the horizontal tracks of which Jim spoke. Any vertical connections between the panels can be reinforced and sealed using "H" channel stock.
