Anyone know if these trailers are any good? W.W. MARQUIS MIRAGE ALUMINUM 3 HORSE SLANT - Pic of trailer here: http://www.traveledlanetrailers.com/wwpages/images/3HStocks-sunny.J... I'm really looking for an all aluminum 2-HORSE slant load bp. Thanks in advance to any replies :)

** UPDATE: I found the trailer I want to buy, just have a very important question before I follow through. Trailer I want to buy is in another state so I was told I won't have to pay taxes (to seller). BUT what happens when trailer is delivered to me in Texas as far as Tax, Title & License? How do I get Farm Tags on the new trailer? Just want to make sure there won't be any surprises or hidden costs I don't factor into the total Buying Price? ANY IDEAS from folks who have purchased trailers from another state?

I don't know about this particular model, but,it looks like a beauty,to me.We've had 2 WW steel trailers in the past, and both were built very well.

Appreciate your reply :) I think it looks nice too just most dealers around my area seem to sell the CM brand in this type of trailer. Just wondering how they compare in quality? The price seems to be pretty good too!

I like it...I searched for 2 years for a trailer upgrade.. I ended up getting a screaming good deal on an '07 HART, but looked at the possibility of these aluminum WWs also. also.. I happened to see one in a Lowes parking lot locally and asked the owner if he minded if i looked at it..   I was torn in my search between... a lot of things actually.. money vs. quality being one of them.. wants and actual needs being another,... weight and the ability of my vehicle to pull it was a 3rd,.. as well as an all enclosed model vs open..

I like the trailer that I ended up with.. very glad to have the search over... but occaisionally I wonder if....

WW has been making trailers for a lot of years. I've always kind of turned my nose up because I didn't want a steel 2H bumper pull, which is what you see of them in this area mostly. But I wouldn't be ashamed for a minute to own the trailer you are talking about. Sturdy, well-built, attractive.

I don't know much about WW trailers. The trailer looks pretty sharp and well built. CM is most likely a better built trailer but if WW has been in business for years it's most likely a well built trailer. If the price is right I don't think you can go wrong.

THANKS for your input: ridingarocky, terri s, MSM !
I haven't actually seen one of these in person, just online so that helps considerably. I'm not showing anymore so I don't "need" a top of the line trailer. Just one for short trips to vet or trainer perhaps. I sure don't want a steel trailer that will rust out since I don't have any way to protect it from the elements (no offense to those who own them).

I wonder if these trailers have some sort of "clear coat" on them.. They sure are shiny!!

Those will put your eyes out, won't they? Sure are shiny.Pretty trailer.I'd have one in a minute if I were in the market for a 3H BP but we had a 3H slant BP Delta, and it was just 1 horse too short for us.I either have to have a 2H,or a 4H.

WW makes good trailers, steel or Aluminum. Our first trailer together as a married couple was a WW 4H BP stock combo, and,we were as excited as if it were a Bloomer.Good solid trailer, and, the man that has it now is still very happy with it.

I have a "95" WW 3 horse slant bp wrangler trailer and have been very happy with it. Have always kept it inside and has rarely sat outside in bad weather. It really hasn't started to rust until maybe the last 3-4 years. That has been only cuz I was hauling a horse up into WI to be trimmed by a farrier who specialized in lameness issues. So it got pulled across salt covered roads in the winter months, but always got a good washing at the car wash come spring. It has been exactly what I wanted in a trailer. I bought it cuz at the time I was showing and needed a dressing room, then I quit that and started trail riding and camping a little now and then. Don't camp anymore cuz of other commitments. It is still a good sound trailer, just needs to be repainted, but wouldn't hesitate to buy another WW in a heart beat.

That looks like a nice trailer to me.  What kind of price are they asking for it?

The online prices I have been seeing on them is < $10K. Now I just need to find a dealer in Texas close to me. THANKS for everyone's input on these...I'm pretty new to this forum so still figuring out how it all works
