So we are sick of trailer shopping and think we have it narrowed down. Please let me know what you think is the best bargain, best quality, and why. We are pretty new to aluminum trailers.

Also, if you know of something we may like, let us know! We want a well built all aluminum 3H slant GN with a 3'-6' short wall in the DR, a door form DR to stall area, preferably with AC and awning or inexpensive enough to add these. We want to make a basic weekender eventually. We also like an escape door on the first stall, and would love a window in the long wall of the DR.

Here is the kicker....we want to spend $15k or less (preferably less....wedding soon) and get it to our place outside of Philadelphia.

Here are our choices and a few pros/cons. Thanks for any input!!!

We would have to add an awning to this; no window in long wall; it is already insulated; and must get it from NC to PA.

This would need AC, awning, and door to stock area added. The guy is willing to meet us fairly close.

#3: 2002 Silver Star Star Lite 3 horse GN with 5.5' shortwall, window in long wall, AC, awning, door from DR to stall area, $13,000 firm. Only 1.5 hours from us.

I am leaning towards the Sidekick: newer, reputation, condition. I just wish it had awning and window on long wall an was a bit less $$$.

Is the Star Lite model well built, or should we hold out for a Star Lite Supreme model? Also, is a 2005 Sidekick worth spending more money?

Sorry for the long post, but thanks for the input. Anyone with helpful input is invited to join us on a camping trip where I will have a cold beer and some killer bbq for you in thanks!!

Next weekend if you have the time, is the Equine Affair in Columbus, OH. Great place to see new and used trailers of many brands and prices. Compare apples to apples and see what everyone has either been ranting or raving about.
