I was looking at buying the book by Kani - E Z Build Living Quarters. Has anyone read it and would like to share their thoughts on it? I am looking at adding a 'weekender' type set up to my trailer - nothing fancy. It currently has nothing in it - just an empty shell - 5' SW.

Pinkmouse, did you buy the book? I have some questions also, and was considering buying it, thought it might keep us from making too many mistakes.
No, I did not buy the book. It seemed rather high at $29.99 and the preview showed the book to be only about 50 pages long. The pages that were shown for the preview did not seem to have much information but I thought that maybe they are not showing the 'good' (detailed information) pages.
In addition to being a very detail oriented person, I also like to know what alternatives were considered and why they were not chosen. That is the type of book I was/am looking for.

I think I will go ahead and purchase the book. When I read that they offer online support for access to answers to any questions I might have I thought it was worth a try. I will let you know how it works out.

I did purchase the EZ Build Lq book. I also got the powerpoint. The book is much more informative, and professionally done. I also tried out the online help, and received a reply back in a very timely manner. I think that with this book, I will be able to accomplish this task. If my answers are not in the book, I feel like I can get my answers with no trouble at all. I am going to try to get started next week on my trailer.

Thanks for the feedback - I was wondering if the 'sample' was indicative of the product.

I am also interested in this book. I was wondering if you found it to be very helpful after starting your work on your trailer? My husband and I are heading to Shawnee Natl Forest in April and need to start work on the electric and heat installation in a new Dreamcoach I bought. My husband is familiar with electrical work but has never attempted a horse trailer before. Thanks.
