There is a big difference in the installation of a Futon, Clik-Clak, and a jackknife sofa.
The jack knife will have the back be close to the wall when used for seating, and when opened for sleeping still be close to the wall. The Futons, Clik-Clak's need to be about 4-5 inches away from the wall when in the seating position, and they'll be tight to the wall when in the sleeping position.
I used a Clik-Clak from HOM.....but I had to devise a slide so that I wouldn't sacrifice the 4-5 inches of floor space. On the bright side the Clik-Clak was $200, the down side was I think by the time I figure my labor in making it work the jack knife would have been a better choice at $700.

I read all of those. My mother had a large Rv with both the couch and the dinette. I, along with my children would sit for hours with her and play cards and just visit. We always sat at the dinette. The only time people sat on the couch was when there was no room at the dinette. Plus, I have a nice window to look out of and the couch would have to face the other direction on that wall. I can see me spending lots of time sitting at the dinette, looking out the window drinking my coffee and reading. Except when I am riding! Plus we play lots of cards at night and on rainy days. So I think for me the dinette is the route to go. They are more money than the couches. If I could just find a used one. I put a wanted on craigslist. Maybe someone wants to take out their dinette and put in a couch!

You really don't "go" anywhere to purchase a dinette. You may however have to find an upholstery shop to make the cushions. The table portion lowers down into the foot area and rest on some cleats screwed to the seat box. Quite often the seat base/box contains the furnace on one side, and perhaps the potable water and pump on the other.

Your best bet to see how it all comes together is to have a friend with a dinette.
The quick version. Let's say the table top is 24 inches wide...so now you know you foot area (the distance between seat bases) is also 24". Now the seat portion on each side is say 18" wide. 2 x 18" + 24" = 60"..the width of the dinette.
When you lower the table onto the cleats for the sleeping position, you have a 24" void to fill in the "mattress" area. Each seat back is 12" tall. Those fill that 24" void.

I Have quit a few dinnet cush, you can have they are last years colors but are brand new, they are still in plastic. if you would like I will take pictures of them so you can pick the color. I have a trailer on this sight that was sold but the still have pictures of the dinett I used in that trailer the # is cmts04412. I have all kinds of stuff just from doing my own LQS in my Trailers. I am not a surplus. but I do by alot of last years stock from the rv company i work at. My husband is getting sick of his barn clutterd with all my project stuff!

Dang it! I just did buy it now on one from ebay. It has horses on the back (a sundowner)cushions so it is very pretty. Anything else to get rid of? I am looking for a SS deep sink and a 2 burner SS stovetop.

I have a couple of different sinks one is a single bowl and one is a double. I have a couple of last years magic cheff ovens with burners they are black, I also have some range vents that come with them, they are exterior vents so you will have to vent them from the outside, I cant just give them away but I will ask my husband to see how much. probably not much seeings how he want everything gone, They might have scratches on them so I will look them over good and also send pictures of everything I have and price when I get home today.

My Coushions for my dinette( and second bed, table folds down) came from Bontragers in Mich( Surplus store) and were horse fabric, as they were extras that ShowTime didnt use, ( has the tag)
