We have a 18' long, 6' wide Calico livestock trailer we want to convert to a slant load design. How long and at what angle should the dividers be? We

Many horse trailer manufacturing companies post floor plans for their products. It would be very easy to down load and print, a copy of a trailer with similar specifications as yours. By measuring the print, it would be very easy to duplicate the proportions, you find would work the best for you.

Many trailer builders offer their products in both stock and "combo" configurations. I would think a call to Calico, could provide you with any specifications or even factory equipment to effect your conversion.

Thanks gard. I have downloaded floor plans but hadn't thought to measure the print and calculate. I did call Calico but they don't use drawings. It's by memory and they did give me some numbers. Thanks again.

You could put your horses in the trailer and see how much room they need.  My trailer is 6'wide and I can measure the dividers if you like.
