Big T-they've modified the later models. The whole back of the trailer functions as a live feed. Flip a switch (horses unloaded of course) and the floor starts to roll toward the back like a conveyor belt. It's basically just the escalator put in reverse mode. Manure drops into the back of your container (wheelbarrow if you like; I take it straight into the manure spreader). Then the sprayers take over and hose the floor down. I'd take it back to the manufacturer. Blue Moon has a warranty/service department second to none. They'll have you fixed up in less than 5 minutes. They'll probably just give you a new trailer for your inconvenience.
