Looking for a company that sell the drop down bars (only) to put in our 1996 Silver Star trailer. Assuming that you can retro fit this application. Thanks

The ones I have seen are part of the window themselves. But if you look in the corner of the glass sometimes it will have the brand stamped there, that may lead you to the bars?

If you have any luck let all of us know. I have been looking for the same thing for a 1996 featherlite. I have just about decided to build them myself. Guess if they turn out well I know what business to start!!!

I have a 96 Exiss that has drop down windows but no bars,I called Exiss and the kit to add the bars was like 150 a window. So instead I got some stainless steel rods and flatened the ends down to fit flush on the trailer and used screws to hold them in. WaLa drop downs with bars.Only disadvantage is the bars are permanate. So window access is limited...

Husband thinks we will try making some. It may work? The alum. tubing will be the easier part of this retro. attachment may not. We will update. Thanks, for you input.

I have a 2004 Silver Star and am looking for replacement parts (hinges and latches) for the window guards for my trailer. The guards are separate from the windows but are attached to the hinges of the window frame. I contacted my dealer and they said the windows were made by Haire. I've had no luck finding them. Appreciate any help.
