This trailer is loaded. Fireplace double sink, convection microwave, oven, full size refrigerator, the air conditioning and heat are ducted. Queen size bed, lots of nice storage. The slide is an 18 foot super slide which contains the booth and table and double wall way recliners. The bathroom has nice counter space huge hanging closet plus drawers, shower, ceramic toilet. There is a walk-through door to the horses. Each divider is a stud wall. The tack is collapsible drop down butt windows, manger area with great windows with grates on the head window. The front of the trailer is fully enclosed so it protects the propane tanks and the battery storage area. It also has a covered hay a pod on top plus a generator built-in. The slide the awning, the step and the generator are all pushbutton. I bought this trailer on St. Patrick’s Day of 2017. It is a 2016 model that they use for a year to take to trade shows. I live just outside of Des Moines Iowa. A 2017 model just like the 2016 I purchased at the time was $98,000. I checked this fall and a 2022 trailer with the same floor plan was over $120,000.
