LQ has AC, furnace, water heater, cook-top, 6' fridge/freezer, double sink in kitchen, microwave, am/fm/cd player, sofa, sink in bathroom, shower, toilet and lots of storage space. The horse area has a stud wall, mangers on horse 2 and 3 with escape door on stall 1, roof vents, rear tack with 3 saddle racks and hooks. The trailer has a hydraulic jack, power awning, drop down windows on head side, sliders on butt, brite dip on bottom half horse area of trailer and a rear ramp. The exterior color is champagne. Everything is in working order.
