The front living quarters has a nice layout to give it more room. There is a couch that folds into a bed, heat, AC, cabinetry throughout, AM/FM/CD player, 3 cu ft. refrigerator, built in microwave, 2 burner cooktop and sink. There is even a large clothes hanging closet-something a lot of trailers are missing! The bathroom is a toilet/shower combo but roomier then most and has an overhead vent. Pass thru door into the stall area. The horse area has 50/50 rear doors for easy loading, rubber mats on the floor over wood boards, rubber on the walls, padded dividers, built in mangers, drop down windows on the head side as well as on the rump side! The rear tack is fully collapsible and includes a 4 tier swingout saddle rack, multi tier blanket bar, door organizer, brush bins and bridle hooks. You also get additional storage under the mangers. The first stall does have an escape door. This trailer is also equipped with an awning, load lights, electric jack, dual batteries & dual propane tanks. Original tires, may need servicing as this trailer hasn't been used much-seller said everything worked when they last used it.
