This trailer is currently being sold as traded. The previous owner started putting in a full LQ but ran out of time and decided to trade on a finished trailer. LQ has AC, fire place in bunk, fridge, microwave, dinette and a really nice kitchen area. Whole trailer has soft touch walls and ceilings. The bathroom has a sink, a shower has started to be installed and an area for a toilet. What needs finished in the LQ is: a very small amount of wiring, the shower surround, toilet installed, water heater with rest of plumbing finished and trim work completed. The horse area is a 3 horse slant, drops on the head side, sliders on the butt side, rear tack with saddle racks. Customer installed new tires before bringing to us to trade in.
