This is a 8316MMSS which is a 8' wide 3 horse with a 16' short wall. The living quarters has the following options: cognac maple cabinetry, linoleum flooring, sofa sleeper and a table sleeper with 2 water tanks in 12' slide-out, 6' fridge/freezer, oven with 3 burner stop, Gas water heater, 2 batteries, 2 propane tanks, 15,000 BTU AC ducted w/ heat strip, microwave, am/fm/cd player, TV in swinging cabinet, exterior marine speakers, power awning, TV antenna, mattress up in the bunk area, propane furnace, walk thru door to horse area, a nice large shower, toilet and a large sink/vanity. The horse area has the following options: load lights, 3 tier saddle rack, bridal hooks, collapsible rear tack wall, stud wall on first stall, mangers on all 2 stalls with escape door on stall #1, fans in horse area. The horse area has custom wresting mats cut to fit for extra padding for the horses but this can all be removed by buyer if desired.
