Description:	Great run around trailer pulls good. Tires are in great condition. New brakes and bearings. Electric jack Large awning in great shape. Added a mid tack In the process of making the dressing room a weekend package. All materials bought to date will be given to new owner. Ac works great. Changed the solid slants to slants with bars for air flow. Also added bars to windows instead of the nets flapping. Drop windows on head. Slats on rear. Rear tack that is fully collapsible. 3 saddle rack that swings out. Bridle hooks on door and behind saddles on wall. Brush holder on door. Spare tire Trailer is built well. Mats are in great shape and not torn. We no longer need this one is the only reason for sale. We bought from a friend who's husband bought brand new.
