Description: Here's a 2010 Shadow Stable Mate 612 2H straight load. At $8500, it's a great value in a quality aluminum trailer. Body width is 6 feet, length is 12 feet and interior height is 7'6". The Stable Mate 612 can accommodate 2 good sized horses comfortably. Empty weight is approximately 2300 lbs., so you don't need a large vehicle to tow it. *** Even though Shadow's Stable Mate models are very affordable, they're well built and well equipped. The 612 features a removable stall divider and post, padded butt & chest bars and an easy-to-lift rear ramp with very grippy mat. 19"x53" side windows are standard and we ordered this one with the optional eyebrow windows in front for additional light and ventilation. Saddle racks and bridle hooks are standard, as are floor mats. Tough Rumber kick panels protect your horses & your trailer and help reduce weight. One escape door with window is standard and there's a running board to ease entry and exit (look for running boards - many brands omit them to cut costs). Smooth-riding torsion axles, all-wheel brakes and LED tail & marker lights are all standard. Interior lights and a rear loading light are standard. Stable Mate models feature aluminum frame and skin, with generous reinforcing in high stress areas.
