Description: One of a Kind, 2 doors into the living quarters one on each side! This trailer had the living quarters installed in 2010. I put a new hydraulic jack on in fall of 2023, a new electric awning in Spring of 24, 4 new tires and brakes as well in the fall of 23. We also replaced the batteries in the fall of 2025. I have all the paperwork as well. Tires have less than 1K miles on them. Queen size bed, day/night shades, two fantastic fan vents, heat/ac, jack knife sofa, microwave/convection oven, two burner gas cooktop, stereo cd player with 4 speakers inside and 2 outside, wall mounted Emerson DVD TV combo, 40 gallon fresh water tank. Refrigerator freezer with gas switchover, bathroom has tons of storage and porcelain stool, walk thru door to cowboy shower in first stall. The bathroom is spacious! It has lovely detail throughout and is quite unique and there is so much storage in this trailer. Horse area has a swing out saddle rack and a collapsible tack area. Selling because my riding days are winding down. Everything is in working order. |
