Description: This trailer has been very well maintained and it has truly been such a great trailer for me. I am the second owner and have title in hand. It’s been perfect to hit the road in and even great for just camping and throwing toys in the back. I have really loved it and it is very bittersweet to be selling it. Located in Mount Vernon, WA ✨11’ short wall living quarters ✨ - Nice size bathroom with shower and vanity - Heating & A/C - Fold down couch for extra sleeping space - Queen size bed but could fit a king - Fridge/freezer - Microwave - Two burner stove top with exhaust hood and fan - Flat screen TV with Apple TV device included - Stereo/CD player - Closet with shelf and drawer storage - New floors and sub flooring installed in living area - Pass through door from lq to horse area - Drop down windows with drop down feed bars - Sliding windows on rear side - Two rear doors with windows - Pop up vents above each stall - Rumbar flooring = no heavy mats to take in and out to clean. This is amazing and the floor looks brand new! - Collapsible Back tack with bridle hooks (I had extra bridle hooks installed) - Mangers - Large under manger storage with more bridal hooks - Escape door - Hay rack - I had an extra 50 gallon water tank installed up in the hay rack with a hose that comes down and is attached to the exterior ladder. - I also added extra lighting switches to the exterior of the trailer. - New batteries - The trailer is currently stocked with some dishes, silver ware and some cooking utensils that have all barely been used and can go with trailer if buyer would like them.
