Description:  2006 Exiss 4 horse living quarters trailer. Has AC, fridge, shower, toilet, fold out couch and lots of closet space. Has managers with one access door. I haven’t used the living quarters much, so there could be things that need some work. The fridge only works when plugged in, not on propane. It is missing 2 drop down windows. The AC has worked every time I’ve turned it on. Furnace works well. Tires and axles are good. Batteries are probably due to be replaced. I don’t have a need for the LQ, so that is why it’s for sale.
