Description:  This trailer has a lot of extras. We are the second owners and we bought it when it was 3 years old. We replaced the fabric on the couch to real leather and the dinette cushions also. There is turquoise inlay in the table. There are horse cornices at each end of the slide out and soft touch walls. The Tempur-pedic mattress goes with it. We put in WERM flooring in the horse area as well as fans mounted at each stall on the butt side. The shocker hitch will go with it also. We also had it wired for cameras connected to your truck. There's a central vacuum and keypad on the door to LQ We had EZ Kool Coating put on top to seal it and keep it cooler in hot temps. It has an electric awning that was replaced in 2020. The slideout awning was also replaced in 2020. The propane tanks are enclosed. Compass Conversion did the interior and they are great to work with. We replaced some ceiling lights and the hot water heater and we just called Jamie at compass and gave him the Vin number and he sent us the parts. We patched a small leak in the back corner of the horse area. It is completely fixed now and nothing leaks. Our favorite part of this trailer is the reverse load component. If you travel much, you can unload your horses and still use the walk-through without having to unload hay or feed or anything you would normally store next to the walk-through in a regular load. The generator has 1364 hours and it has just been serviced. We are listing this trailer for 2 months before we head south to Arizona. If it hasn’t sold by then, we will take it off the market until we get back. This trailer features an all-aluminum construction, 8-foot width, and a height of 7 feet 6 inches. Key specs include a GVWR of around 22,239 lbs, two 8,000 lb rubber torsion axles with electric over hydraulic brakes, and both head and tail side drop-down windows. The trailer includes features like mangers with access doors, an escape door, and 50/50 rear doors.
