Frig runs on lp or eletric 3.0 and Im including new small freezer I bought this spring as extra freezer space.Dinnette with easy to adjust leg believe hydrlic. Many hardwood cabinets clean clean non smoker no pets or kids. Shower good size has fan in bathroom and door to bathroom pocket door solid wood.
