All of the appliances work like they should, the water system has been checked and the trailer is currently winterized. The only issue that this Trailer has is that the floor in the bathroom is a little soft. At some point there was a leak in the bathroom and some water got under the linoleum and made the wood soft. We estimate that it would cost about $5000 to pull up the linoleum repair the floor and replaced the linoleum. Since it isn’t that bad, we decided to offer it for sale at a lower price.
