Description: 1999 Sundowner 3horse gooseneck trailer with small living quarters. Lots of storage with a huge wardrobe, storage above the bed, and cabinets in kitchen area. Room for a queen size mattress. New hot water heater, new refrigerator and new waterproof flooring throughout. A/C and heat. Shower/toilet combo. Two burner gas stove and sink. Pass through door. Aftermarket stud wall, collapsible rear tack with a swing out 3 tier saddle rack. Full rear doors with spring assisted ramp. Does need some minor cosmetic LQ repairs but useable as it and structurally sound. Most repairs can easily be done by anyone, my plan was to continue working on it as I used it but plans changed. Perfect for someone who needs an LQ but doesn’t want to haul a full sized LQ or have a second, smaller trailer. Price is OBO, would love to have to gone by winter as I don’t have the room to store it. |
