Description: Custom built in 1997 as a 7’6” 3 horse with a 10’ mid tack with a ramp. A LQ area with a toilet no bath room or slide outs. Basically it was a large weekender. We bought it in 2003 and had it factory modified into its current configuration. Added a bathroom with shower reducing the mid tack to 6’ and a pass through to the bath room and 11’ short wall LQ area. The mid tack can be emptied to accommodate a fourth horse as needed. The overall length is 39 feet with 31 foot flat area. Full wall 2 x 6 aluminum planking, 6500 kW Onan propane generator. Dual 8000 pound Dexter axles. Gross weight 16,000 pounds. It needs a new AC unit and an awning. I’ve kept the roof sealed, but it could use reseal. |
