Description: SOLD Platinum 3H 8.5 SW 2003 VERY clean and well maintained by me as well as the OCD previous owner. Maintenance done on regular basis included: Wheels packed and brakes checked Mats removed and floor washed Generac Generator started with a load (AC or heater) and run for an hour Aluminum polished Always parked under roof on concrete and stored in a heated shop in the winter I washed the black tank every time when i dumped using a hose attachment for cleaning tanks New 14 ply tires have less than 1000 miles Electric jack Since i have owned this trailer , i have replaced the awning and both holding tanks (had an oops) LQ solid oak cabinets. Refrigerator runs on electricity Duct heat. Roof AC and alternate heat Microwave Extension cord for plug in if you have to park a distance from the outlet 40 gal fresh water tank Pass through door Has a small removable table ( i never used i Horse compartment New LED lights inside and out Fans Mangers Drop down on head and back door.
