Description: Trailer is well used, but has a great steal frame with plenty of life. It is AS IS condition. This trailer is huge! It has a 23 foot short wall and 17 foot slide. The slide works fine I just was not able to move it somewhere to get it out for the photos. It is a fixer upper, but priced so that someone handy can get into it right. The original layout was bed over gooseneck, kitchen area with bar, living area, bathroom and mudroom double bunk area with walk through to the horse compartment. We converted the bunk beds to a laundry room/pantry by adding a small washer, dryer and large mini fridge. Other features include, mangers, escape door, ramp, enclosed pod and open hay rack, generator (not working), side access rear tack. We pulled it with a 2006 Peterbilt that is also available for purchase. The Peterbilt has a sleeper cab with double bunks and extra long bed to haul a golf cart, hay or feed while hauling trailer. Asking $20,00 for truck alone or $30,000 for the combo truck & trailer. Truck is not eligible to be tagged in California as it does not meet state requirements.
