Description: 6'Slide out, 39' nose to tail, electric jacks, 2 propane tanks, hot water heater, AC/heat, full size fridge with new circuit board, solid wood interior, lots of storage inside and out. Roof was sealed in 2024, newer brakes and heavy duty tires in the last 3 years, mats are in good shape, saddle rack swing out, ramp, mangers and hay pod, 3 Fans for the horses. Fully inspected in 2024. Does have a R-title. The slide out was damaged and repaired before we bought it, never had any issues with it. 16,000lbs GVW, on board generator. Skylight has some wood damage in the bathroom but no longer an issue repaired and resealed. has awning but never used. Couch turns into a bed along with the dinette, tv, dvd player and radio all work. 15' living quarters. Walk through door. Willing to haul with a deposit down. At my lowest dollar now, firm on price.
