Description:  New flooring added in living area, new couch/ chair, room A/C machine , microwave, and a new small refrigerator. Newer tires high grade and new rims . Plus other new tires with repainted original Sundowner rims. New cabinets added last summer! Newer brakes few years ago. Maintenance has always been well kept! Loved this trailer but owner got a different bigger sundowner. Text me is the best way.
