Bunk house conversions did the original living interior but the bathroom and tack areas were renovated in 2023 to a luxury hotel quality finish by Outback Customs. Soft touch walls, seamless shower door and beautiful fittings! Queen bed up top and two bunk beds below. Removable narrow table by couch . Large fridge/ freezer. Tires good with plenty of tread. Does not have built in generator which is my preference, I use a rolling one or hookups. Regularly serviced by Outback to stay in excellent condition. Recently had all lines flushed and empty tanks to be ready for new owner or to winterize. Selling to downsize my program and it’s not getting used. Located in Arcadia, Ok.
