Stud wall on first stall. Roof resealed for maintenance only- no leaks. Tires kept covered, no dry rot. Walk through door. Living area is carpeted and insulated with AC. Wired for 30 amp and 110 with four outlets. Comes with sleeper chair, refrigerator, microwave, good mattress coordinating bedding and accessories. Also comes with hi-tie. Trailer is cleaned after every trip- front and back. Pulls like a dream. Only used 4-5 times/year. Reason for selling: now pulling my 2 horse with RV to camp. |
