Walk through door, rear ramp, side escape door with ramp, hydraulic jack. 9ft Lq, Couch, fridge, a/c, furnace, shower, toilet, stove top, microwave. In the bathroom the floor has a soft/spongy spot. The trailer isn't perfect, but it's a lot of trailer for the money, all appliances work, trailer is winterized, gas/lp bottles are not present.
