I am considering selling my trailer, but frankly I don't have a clue how big it is, as in short wall for the living quarters. Would someone be able to tell me from what point to what point I measure my short and long walls? It's a 38' 4 horse gooseneck with a mid tack. Do I include the mid tack in the short/long wall measurements? Thanks for your help!

The short wall is the "driver's side" or the horse's head side of the trailer. Because of the way the stalls are slanted, there is a short wall and a long wall in the LQ part of your trailer. Measure the short and long walls on the inside of the LQ. The midtack is not part of the LQ, so no, do not include that for your short/long wall measurements.
Usually, LQ's are measured as 4', 6', 8',10' short walls and then the long wall is 2' longer.

Trailer has a midtack so there may not be a shortwall in the living quarters. The LQ may have been squared off and the shortwall in the midtack. At least thats the way mine is.
