Does anyone know of a trailer manufacturer who makes a 2 horse BP slant loan with a ramp? Can ramps be installed on trailers that don't have one? I need to make loading my TB as easy as possible due to his anxiety and injuries.

Ramps can be added afterwards. Many trailer places will have pre fab parts or you can get a weld shop to make one up for you. The added ramp will just close up over top of the rear doors.
