This is for the girls who are working on their trailer (vacation home) themselves.  I have searched the net for many hours looking for a simple diagram to hook up a couple of interior and exterior lights.  Without knowing much about electricity ( recognize positive/ negative)  I needed something really simple.  The site recommended in one of the threads was very helpful It was a recent thread- look up "LQ battery" with the search.  It explained batteries, and helped me solve my dilemma. After 2 trips to auto parts store today,  I came up with this plan and had it wired and WORKING in no time.  The secret is in the GROUND.. make sure you have a good solid ground.  Let me know if it works for you.  Now if I can find a way to attach it!.  It is made and saved on Word as a word document.  You may need to save it and change the file type for your program.

I just checked on accessing the attachment-  I have seen questions on how to do this before. I saved the file, then changed it to "all files", then I opened it in Word.  If I opened directly it was goobledy gook.

Thanks, I've been looking for something like that.  Now if I could just get a diagram on how to make the truck charge the battery.

Mine is wired just like a house (looks like the diagram) except the power sourse is 110, not the battery.  Has a small breaker box and 15, 20 and 30 amp breakers.
