I have 12 volts coming thru to the trailer side plug while it it not plugged to the tow vehicle I am assuming it is backfeeding from the onboard 12volt deep cycle batteries, I just bought the trailer and converted over to 7 way plug but havent figured this out. It is the blue wire that has power to it does anyone have any ideas

That is exactly what it is supposed to do. That line is the "charge line" that charges the battery off of the truck. That same pin on the truck is constant power (at least when key is on, depending on make may be all the time) and powers the trailer's accessories, and when appropriate charges the battery. If it bothers you, a disconnect switch can be wired in near the battery.
