From my experience and research that tire is more than likely only speed rated at 62 mph.  I had 2 blowouts last summer on that exact tire which made me start looking at the specs on it and that is when I found the 62 speed rating.  My blowouts were the tread seperating from the center of the tire and my pressures were correct even had nitrogen in the tires to keep them running cooler.  Please watch these tires as I would never want someone having the issues I was having.  I have changed tires out and so far so good with a few long trips under our belts.
