I have a new (to me) 06 3H GN with a folding rear tack. I've had other Exiss trailers with folding rear tacks, but I can't figure out how to hold this one back. It's embarrassing to post this on a public forum but I'm about to tear my hair out! There's a pin on the left wall that presumably has something to do with this, but it matches in no way to the folding wall. Also, when folded back, the tack wall hits the pre-mounted (presumably by Exiss) light, so I am confused to how this works at all. It seems like there is a pin that does nothing and it folds back just to sit there with nothing to keep it in place, both of which seem absolutely implausible. I'm going to try and post pictures to illustrate, although it's actually pretty hard to show this. I'm hoping somebody on here just has one and can enlighten me!

Can you send a picture with both rear doors open showing the top and bottom?  From the pictures it kind of looks like someone tack welded the divider to the center post.

The edge of the tack is the center post, that's for sure. When it's folded back, there is no center post.

Thanks to a PM, I was convinced to force it back against that wall. It does in fact go if you make it, and is braced against the corner of that light. I guess my entire issue was I was sure 'that couldn't be right,' when in fact I guess it is. I can't imagine that a big heavy metal wall is going to ride against that tiny plastic light without detriment to the light.

From the last picture it looks like the light might be easy to move to the right a few inches. if you intend to travel with it folded against the light, it may very well eventually rub and break it.

Are you sure that the spring loaded pin (that holds the wall in place as a tack wall) doesnt fasten into the dark colored "block" that you can see in the first picture fastened to a piece of aluminum welded into the roof support.

I have an Elite that has a folding rear tack and the spring loaded pin goes into that black thing on the ceiling. Looking at your pics does it completely fold up.Mine folds in three and when it folded the pin at the top goes in the black thing on ceiling and theres a pin for the floor also. Mine fits against the wall. Not sure how Exiss does them. But in your picture it does not look like yours folds the same!

Hard to tell from the pictures but it looks like the spring loaded "J" shaped latch on the left (drivers side) is what holds the door in place. The black hole on the ceiling as well as the holes in the floor directly below I believe are used to hold a saddle rack in place.....maybe someone removed it.
