I regrettably purchased a Hay Hut two years ago. Two months ago the thing just started to fall apart. I think they can't handle the cold weather. The top shattered when I slid it over a new hay bail and the bottom corners are breaking off. Our two horses are not destructive and did not cause any damage. I wish I knew what junk these things are and I would have saved my self $700. I contacted hayhuts.com and they just told me it was out of warranty and they could not do anything.

Not familiar with Hay Hut,but,we have had 2 of the Natural Feeders which sound similar for a year now, and, just recently bought a third one,we are very happy with ours.they are made in Iowa and I am sure designed to hold up under cold weather such as they have.
