Has anyone ever changed the size rims on a dulley from a 16" to either 17" or larger?

Yes, but it depends on what kind of truck you have as to how easy it is!

99 and newer Fords that have 16" wheel you can upgrade to later model 17" by just changing out all 6 tires and wheels!

If it is a 2002 or older Dodge you can install 2003 and newer 17" Factory Dodge wheels and tires.

Chevy I have not clue!

That is the cheapest way out, or look on ebay in ebay motors and go to tires and wheels and type in 19.5" dually and there is some listed that are a direct bolt on, but you are looking at around $2000.00 range.  But you get a heavier duty tire and wheel and looks great too!
