Ok had it parked and leveled it perfectly level on concrete slab. Ran A/C for about 1 day and noticed a water spot on floor under ac, then it rained and the water increased. I pulled the cover and looked the drip pan was good the gasket looked fine also. I am curious if I had it too level or a little lower in the front causing it to let water leak over a lip, or if there is something else I should check. I put silicon on the front of ac to ensure it is sealed along with the front of the gasket. How does everyone else level their trailer half a bubble off higher in the front to back or perfectly level ?

Your gasket or pan is toast. Take the ac unit off and fix the problem. You won't always be able to have the trailer dead level.
