Has anyone hauled with this short box?? Any problems with corners? clearance? Stability? Im not worried about the power, just the wheel base length and clearances!!

I have 2 trailers, first one is a 7' wide Kiefer, narrow-tapered front that has little to zero clearance issues on a short bed Dodge.  The second trailer is a Cimarron 8' wide, big - wide - square front.   Many on here will tell you they have pulled thousands of time with a short bed and never had a problem.   My experience is with the wider trailers it's not if you break out the back glass of your truck, it's when,  it is going to happen.    8 ' box is the only way to go in my opinion.

I don't haul with a shortbed, but I do haul one of my trailers with the hitch extender that shortbed truck people use. My tailgate on my 2017 Dodge 3500 Limited has a tall tailgate with a spoiler like thing that gets way to close for comfort without  the gooseneck adapter on it . It's on a 4 Star 3H MT with a closed front. It is bigger than the trailer you are asking about and I pull that one behind the axle on 1000 miles trips several times a year with no issues.
