I'm curious from a pure quality standpoint on just the trailer itself. Both trailers are in great shape. Elite is usually viewed as a higher quality trailer, but I'm not sure once it's compared to an older featherlite. Both are the same price.

If they are in good shape, I am not sure you can go wrong with either. I currently own one of each with living quarters. The only reason the Elite is for sale is that I bought the Featherlite because it had a slide out and larger LQ. I have owned more than one of each before as well. I also have a ‘99 Featherlite stock trailer that you will have to pry from my cold, dead hands.
I would tell you to pick the trailer that best suits your needs and is the best maintained.
