I am starting from scratch and making a 5 ft living quarter in my horse trailer. I am wondering what are some of the best power converter distribution panels out there? For the AC it will have an air conditioner and a propane/AC fridge and a few plug ins. DC will run lights, water pump, and a few plug ins. I plan on having solar panels in the future for camping without hookups. Thanks in advance for your suggestions and advice.

Thanks for the link. What converter do you have in your camper?

Progressive Dynamics 9130....they also have larger ones...go to Progressive Dynamics website. They also make a combination converter and a/c -d/c distribution center http://www.bestconverter.com/4000-Series-Compact-Power-Center_c_138...

Thanks, I was just looking at those. I plan on putting solar panels on the camper and using 6 v Trojan batteries. They have a converter specifically for the 14.8 v charging batteries. I will give them a call later today.
