Anyone have any experience with spaying their mare? We have a ten year old one on Regumate and considering the cost of it we were considering spaying her. I have heard spaying was around $1500. I am thinking in a few years at that cost it might be worth it.

don't have any experience with spaying but have looked into the "mare marbles" for rambunctious mares
no longer have the problem that caused the research but it looked quite promising and vet thought it was worth trying
