Can anyone shares links to posts or websites with pictures and explanations on how to hang cabinets in my trailer? The walls of the dressing room are lined and insulated. I need more storage so I'd like to hanD a couple of cabinets on the long wall.

I am bumping this up in hopes of also seeing some suggestions on how to do this! Our steel horse trailer LQ walls are also insulated & "finished." I'm anxious about accidently hitting the wiring going to the ceiling lights too!
Anyone out there to point us in the right direction?? Thanks in advance!

Hitting wires with a screw or staple- not common, but very possible. Very aggravating and can even be dangerour. Especially if you pierce the 110V wire.

Find the vertical wall studs, usually shown by a line of rivets or screw heads on the interior panels. The studs can also be verified by tapping on the panels left and right with the handle of a screw driver. You will hear a solid "thunk" when you've located the studs. Mark the locations. ?Attach 1x3" horizontal stringers to the wall(s) at a height where the top and bottom of the cabinets will be located. Use pan head stainless sheet metal scerws and pre drill the holes. ?Attach the cabinets to the stringers with wood screws, drilling through the supporting structures found on the top and bottom inside faces of the cabinets. ?Trim pieces can later be added to the side faces, to cover the 3/4" gaps between the walls and side edges of the cabinets .
