Location: Yuppie Hell (N. Dallas) | I was inquiring about a trailer for sale....I asked if the floor was in good condition. Her reply was....."Yes, it is a lifetime no rot floor". I haven't heard of that before. Is there such thing?

Location: Coconut Creek, FL | Rumber doesn't rot, but I haven't heard it advertised quite that way. If it's wood, I would think it could deterioate (sp?) over time no matter what it's treated with, but I could be wrong. |
