| I agree with huntseat -- get another equine vet out. Make them draw blood and have a lab work up done. I would do this ASAP. If the horse has indeed been poisoned by shavings or ingesting something, you need to find out what and treat accordingly right away. Toxemic poisoning can lead to possible permanent, internal damage to the kidneys, liver, etc. |
