I found a 2004 Sundowner 727 2H BP trailer for sale for $11,000. My question is.....is that too much for it. It is used but in very good shape. I am looking for a horse trailer and have never owned one. Can anyone give me some pointers? Thanks

I would say no if it is from an individual, and maybe yes if at a dealer. I searched this site and found half a dozen 2005 model 727's for $11,500 to $13000, and 2006 models starting at $12000

I have a brand new one available at $11,434.50 with spare, and dual rear loading lights--so I would have to say--maybe not such a good deal !!  Although, keep in mind, a Sundowner will generally hold 80 to 85 % of their original selling price-when maintained well.  Not knowing what the party paid originally-- they may feel they are in the ballpark !!

Hope this helps,   Zane.
