Location: North Texas | Very creative new source of revenue. Wonder if he gets any buyers? Check it out on Ebay (item #5596078178) 24" x 18" space on the side for two months. Traveling to Texas, MT, CO, OK, ++. The starting bid is $225.

If this is a private individual hauling his/her own horses - they probably have suddenly become "commercial", with everything that entails.
BTW, this might be only true in Mass, but it is my understanding that all signage on vehicles must be "permanent", e.g. no sheets of magnetic rubber or printed tarps.
{I know, paint can be painted over, sanded off, etc.,}

Location: Oregon | About 3 weeks ago there was a young college student doing this exact thing. He was traveling around the NW and needed help paying for his rodeo fees. I think his reserve was $500 for the year. |
