I just acquired an older Hartman Roadmaster horse trailer serial #DWD396. I am trying to figure out the year so I can make a proper bill of sale.

Location: White Pine, TN		Back then, the VIN #s had no correlation to date of mfgr.  I don't think they've made anything since before 2000.  Guy Wallace in Murfreesboro might now, he was a Hartman dealer.
